This meeting had to be rescheduled from 31st January 2021 due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive a statement of accounts, balance sheet and financial report for the year ended 30th September 2020 and to appoint the auditor, club arbitrators’, officers and committee. The full agenda for the meeting has been posted on the Club Notice Board.
Any other business, which the Committee may deem relevant, may be included on the agenda providing it is submitted in writing by a member at least seven days prior to the date of the AGM.
The Committee would encourage all members to come to the meeting to hear what has been happening with the club during these unprecedent times of lockdown; and to support those people who have been working hard to keep the club in a position so that it could reopen as restrictions are lifted.
